The Ph.D. student Željko Rapljenović has attended XV school on synchrotron Radiation “Gilberto Vlaic”: Fundamentals, Methods, and Applications in Muggia (Italy) from 16.09.20019 to 27.09.2019.The School has covered a broad spectrum of topics related to synchrotron and XFEL experiments and theory as well as practical classes about modeling and simulation of XANES and EXAFS. Moreover, Željko has presented a poster titled “Birelaxor response in barium-lead hexaferrite magnetoelectric” based on the research performed within the framework of the HrZZ- IP-2018-01-2730 project supported by the Croatian science function.
